Boc’s Mother
You never meet Boc’s mother in person, but she shapes everything about her son. She was a demi-human seamstress with remarkably skilled hands, and she passed her craft on to Boc along with her sewing tools. Her fang-shaped curved needle is the one he treasures most.
Her gentle voice lives on in the Prattling Pate “You’re beautiful”, which you can pick up in the Hermit Village on Mt. Gelmir. It is a small find, but it says a lot about why Boc cares so much about how he looks.
Lore
By the accounts that surround her, she could make garments from nothing, and her work was said to surpass even the royal seamsters of the Erdtree capital who mended the demigods’ clothes. She taught Boc to tailor and gave him the dream of following in her footsteps.
Boc always felt ashamed of his appearance, yet she was the one person who told him he was beautiful. The lattice pattern on her needle matches the stitching on the Mask of Confidence.
