Mimic Tear Ashes
Mimic Tear Ashes summon an AI-controlled copy of you, using your current weapons, armour, talismans, spells and items. It costs HP instead of FP to summon.
The copy deals less direct damage than you would with the same gear, but healing and status buildup stay the same, so it works with any build.
