Where to find it

Found on a corpse in the part of Siofra River reached from Nokron, Eternal City. From the Mimic Tear site of grace, follow the aqueduct northeast until it has collapsed onto the field on the left. Go down there, continue northeast and drop to the lower level of the aqueduct. Follow it to the end, then drop down through several broken floors to the bottom of the building below, where the corpse lies.
