Bloodfiend’s Sacred Spear

Bloodfiend’s Sacred Spear is a great spear from Shadow of the Erdtree with pure physical damage and heavy passive blood loss buildup. Its skill is Bloodfiends’ Bloodboon. Arcane gives the best scaling, so it is a good fit for an Arcane bleed build with some Strength.
