Godskin Peeler

An odd, asymmetrical Twinblade with Dexterity scaling. Its skill, Black Flame Tornado, spins up a whirl of black flame for a hefty 30 FP.

It asks for 17 Strength and 22 Dexterity and suits Dex builds that like a showy spinning skill. One end is a sickle and the other a twisting spike.
