Lion Greatbow

The Lion Greatbow is a remembrance Greatbow, a black iron bow with a lion motif. It scales with Strength and Dexterity, and its passive raises the power of Radahn’s Spear great arrows by 20%.

Its unique skill, Radahn’s Rain, fires a burst of arrows into the sky from a low stance, which then come down on enemies like rain. It is a good fit for a Strength/Dexterity build.

Where to find it

Trade the Remembrance of the Starscourge, earned by defeating Starscourge Radahn, with Enia at the Roundtable Hold. You can also duplicate the remembrance at a Walking Mausoleum.

Item description & lore

The greatbow of General Radahn. It carries the gravitational power of the Starscourge, and together with Radahn’s Spear it becomes a true champion’s weapon.

Notes & tips

  • Greatbows are always used two-handed, so the 22 Strength requirement effectively works out to 15.
  • The 20% boost to Radahn’s Spear applies whenever the bow is in an active hand, even if you are not firing the spears from it.
  • It scales a little better with Strength than Dexterity, but a mixed Strength/Dexterity build does slightly better than pure Strength.
