Troll’s Golden Sword

Troll’s Golden Sword is a battered colossal sword once carried by giants. It deals physical damage, scales evenly with Strength and Dexterity, and comes with Troll’s Roar, a booming shout followed by a heavy attack.

It is a little lighter and less demanding than many colossal swords, so it is a decent option for Strength characters who want the size without the steepest requirements.

Where to find it

On the Altus Plateau, in a black carriage inside an enemy encampment immediately southeast of the Erdtree-Gazing Hill site of grace.

Item description & lore

These swords were given to the lesser giants who fought on the side of the Erdtree in the ancient war against the giants. The trolls have long since lost their minds, but they still cling to their worn-out blades, whose gold plating has mostly flaked away.
