A glintstone crown linked to the Raya Lucarian Sorcerer Set, which includes the Raya Lucarian Robe, Sorcerer Manchettes and Sorcerer Leggings. It is a mid-weight piece. It raises Intelligence noticeably, but lowers your maximum HP and stamina in exchange, so it is a glass-cannon choice.
