Rileigh the Idle

Rileigh is one of the confessors, the assassins who quietly removed enemies of the Two Fingers. Roundtable Hold once had its own group of them, led by Crepus, tasked with hunting down Tarnished who had strayed from guidance.

The Recusants of Volcano Manor put him on their list. His sign is in a ravine south of The Shaded Castle on the Altus Plateau.
