Errant Sorcerer Wilhelm

Wilhelm is a Tarnished sorcerer from the Academy of Raya Lucaria who chose to study on the road rather than in its halls. He was one of the first Tarnished to reach Roundtable Hold, and is quiet and inward-looking by nature.

He befriended Vargram the Raging Wolf, but the two came to blows and Wilhelm ended up locked away at the Hold. You meet the pair of them together in the Fortified Manor in Leyndell, Royal Capital.
