Needle Knight Leda
Leda is the last of the Needle Knights, an order devoted to Miquella. Like her companions, she followed Miquella into the Realm of Shadow under a powerful charm that bound them to the Empyrean. There she tracked the trail of crosses he left behind, and learned that he was seeking the Gate of Divinity.
You meet her in Mohgwyn Palace, in front of Miquella’s cocoon, where she urges you to touch the withered arm and follow her. In the Realm of Shadow she pops up often, can be summoned for some fights, and leaves messages on Miquella’s crosses.

Summon sign against Rellana, Twin Moon Knight
Summon sign in the Shadow Keep, if she goes after Hornsent
Questline
- Defeat both Starscourge Radahn and Mohg, Lord of Blood, then rest at the nearest Site of Grace. Leda appears in front of Miquella’s cocoon in the Mohgwyn Dynasty Mausoleum.
- Defeat the Divine Beast Dancing Lion, climb the stairs in the next room and pick up her letter at the top.
- Fight Rellana, Twin Moon Knight; Leda can be summoned. Afterwards she waits at the next Site of Grace.
- Visit the entrance of the Shadow Keep. A message says a Great Rune has broken, and with it a powerful charm. Go back and talk to Leda.
- She asks who might be a traitor. Naming Hornsent, or no one, sends her after Hornsent. It is unclear what naming Thiollier does. Rest and talk to her again.
- If she hunts Hornsent, her summon sign appears in the Shadow Keep. Helping her there means Hornsent dies.
Fate & endings
In Enir-Ilim, Leda and other followers of Miquella turn against you. Defeating her there gets you Leda’s Sword.
Lore
Leda’s Rune strongly suggests she is a Tarnished who was given this rune by Miquella.
