Arm armor from the Braided Cord Set in Shadow of the Erdtree, which also includes the Braided Cord Robe, Caterpillar Mask and Soiled Loincloth. These are very light wraps with almost no physical protection, but they stand out for their unusually high Focus. They have no special effect.
