Death Lightning

Death Lightning calls down a storm of golden lightning around you that strikes at random and inflicts deathblight, leaving lingering clouds that keep building it up. Charging spreads more bolts over a wider area and makes them hit harder.

It has a very steep Faith requirement and takes two memory slots, so it is a late-game pick for dedicated Faith casters.

Where to find it

Trade the Remembrance of the Lichdragon, earned by defeating Lichdragon Fortissax, with Finger Reader Enia at the Roundtable Hold. You can also duplicate the remembrance at a Wandering Mausoleum, but only one copy per playthrough.

Item description & lore

It channels the power of the ancient dragon Fortissax after Death corrupted him. This golden lightning is said to have been wielded by Godwyn, who was Fortissax’s friend.

Notes & tips

  • Charged casts cost more stamina but get a boost from the Godfrey Icon.
  • Damage is boosted by each Gravel Stone Seal held in an active hand (up to two).
