Furious Blade of Ansbach has you dash in and slash with a bloodflame blade from the side of your hand, followed by a wave of fire along the last swing. It deals fire damage and builds blood loss. Charging adds an extra slash.

It needs 19 Faith and 27 Arcane, so it suits bloodflame and Arcane builds.

Found on Sir Ansbach‘s body in Enir-Ilim in the Realm of Shadow. Finish his questline by siding with him against Needle Knight Leda, then defeat Promised Consort Radahn. Back in the boss arena, look just to the right of the entrance. His armor and the Obsidian Lamina lie there too.
