Ash of War: Spectral Lance

Spectral Lance conjures a ghostly spear and throws it at your target, giving a polearm a handy ranged option.

It grants the Occult affinity and works on polearms other than reapers, which means spears, great spears and halberds. Occult scales with Arcane, so it sits well in an Arcane build.

Dropped by a Scarab in the Academy of Raya Lucaria. Look on the curved slope going down past the rope bridge in the graveyard beyond the Church of the Cuckoo Site of Grace.
