Ash of War: Hoarfrost Stomp

Hoarfrost Stomp has you slam your foot down and send a trail of freezing mist along the ground. Anything caught in it builds up frostbite.

It grants the Cold affinity and fits every melee weapon, which makes it an easy way to bring frost into nearly any build. Cold scales with Intelligence.
