Ash of War: Chilling Mist

Chilling Mist coats your weapon in frost, then a slash spreads a cloud of freezing mist in front of you. The weapon stays frosted for a while afterwards.

It grants the Cold affinity and fits nearly every melee weapon. Cold scales with Intelligence, and frostbite is a reliable status in almost any build.
