Has a chance to drop from Wandering Noble enemies that wear it, such as the sorcerer type. Two of these sorcerer nobles can be found to the east and north of the Agheel Lake South grace.
Item description & lore
Fine garments with gold embroidery, travelling clothes of the capital’s nobility, now badly faded and tattered. After the Shattering, these nobles abandoned their homeland and became undying wanderers, a sad product of endless life.
