Ravaged Gargoyle

Ravaged Gargoyles are what is left of the Valiant Gargoyles that once guarded Leyndell. They have fallen apart and can no longer move, so they sit where they broke and act more like a hazard than a fighter.

You find them in Leyndell, Royal Capital and in the Nameless Eternal City of the Deeproot Depths.

How to beat it

As a last resort they let out a cloud of Spark Aromatic lightning, which also staggers Torrent, so do not ride into them. Approach on foot and break them with strike or magic damage.

They make a decent rune farm: the ones in the Eternal City are easy to reach from the Across the Roots site of grace.

Lore

The Valiant Gargoyles were once kept in shape with the corpse wax of ancient heroes. These ones have been left to fall into ruin.
