Defeat Morgott, the Omen King at the Elden Throne in Leyndell, Royal Capital, reached from the Queen’s Bedchamber. He also drops Morgott’s Great Rune.

As a Shardbearer remembrance, it can only be duplicated at a Wandering Mausoleum that has a hanging bell. Each reward can only be claimed once per playthrough.
