Okina

Okina is a great swordsman from the Land of Reeds, named after the wooden mask of a grinning old man that he wears. He once led the White Reeds, a band of warriors who sought an honourable death in hard battle.

You first meet him as a friendly summon sign in Starscourge Radahn‘s arena in Caelid, near the Chamber Outside the Plaza grace. Later he shows up as a deadly Bloody Finger invader at the entrance of the Church of Repose in the Mountaintops of the Giants.
