Where to find it

Sold for 1,000 Runes by the Nomadic Merchant at the Liurnia Lake Shore Site of Grace in southern Liurnia of the Lakes. After you give his Bell Bearing to the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold, they stock it as well.

An ordinary metal shield. Metal shields soak up physical damage dependably when you guard, which made them trusted gear on the battlefield.
