Marred Leather Shield

The Marred Leather Shield is a light leather medium shield weighing just 3, with an 8 Strength requirement and no skill. It doesn’t block all physical damage, but it is cheap to carry.

It was the shield of Stormveil’s soldiers.

Where to find it

Looted from a corpse on the wooden stairs along the outer wall, past the Stormveil Cliffside Site of Grace in Stormveil Castle.

Item description & lore

Like the castle itself, these soldiers’ shields are blotched and covered in thorns. Some blame the curse of grafting, while others whisper of something far darker hidden deep inside the castle.
