Flame, Grant Me Strength

Flame, Grant Me Strength kindles a fire inside you that boosts your physical and fire attack power for a short time, and slightly speeds up stamina recovery.

Its low Faith requirement makes it a popular buff for melee builds of all kinds, as well as fire-based casters.

Where to find it

Found on a body behind the eastern side of Fort Gael in Caelid, guarded by two Flame Chariots.

Item description & lore

A superior incantation of the Fire Monks. Because it does not burn the one who casts it, the guardians of the Flame consider it forbidden.

Notes & tips

  • Lasts 30 seconds, extended by the Old Lord’s Talisman.
  • The boost is smaller in PvP.
  • Only helps physical and fire damage, so check what your weapon or spells actually deal.
