Stamina is the green bar that every attack, block, dodge and spell draws from. It refills on its own, but if it runs out you cannot attack, cast, block or roll until it recovers. You raise it by leveling Endurance.
How to get more Stamina
Endurance raises Stamina with soft caps at 15, 30 and 50. Below 30 you gain 1 or 2 per point, from 31 to 50 roughly 1 per point, and after 50 it creeps up very slowly.
| Endurance | Max Stamina |
|---|---|
| 11 | 97 |
| 15 | 105 |
| 20 | 113 |
| 25 | 121 |
| 30 | 130 |
| 35 | 136 |
| 40 | 142 |
| 50 | 155 |
| 60 | 158 |
| 99 | 170 |
Note that carrying more than 70% of your Equip Load also makes Stamina recover more slowly.
Which starting classes have the most Stamina
The Samurai starts with the most Endurance (13), then the Hero (12). The Prophet has the least with 8.
