Dragonscale Blade

The Dragonscale Blade is a katana with physical damage that scales mainly with Dexterity and a little with Strength. Its unique skill, Ice Lightning Sword, calls a bolt of ice lightning into the blade and slams it down, leaving the weapon charged for a while.

It also has a noticeably higher lightning guard than other katanas.

Where to find it

Dropped by the Dragonkin Soldier boss in the Lake of Rot.

Item description & lore

The blade was ground from a Gravel Stone scale, once thought to be the secret of the ancient dragons’ immortality. The Dragonkin Soldiers never achieved that immortality, and ended as faded copies of the dragons of the sky.
