Hand of Malenia is a remembrance katana that builds blood loss and scales strongly with Dexterity, with a steep 48 Dex requirement. It is clearly a weapon for dedicated Dexterity builds.

Its unique skill, Waterfowl Dance, is a sequence of one-footed leaps and graceful slashes, with up to two follow-ups.

Where to find it

Trade the Remembrance of the Rot Goddess, earned by defeating Malenia, Blade of Miquella, with Enia at the Roundtable Hold. You can also duplicate the remembrance at a Wandering Mausoleum. Only one of the remembrance weapons can be had per playthrough by either method.

Item description & lore

The blade fitted into Malenia’s prosthetic arm, consecrated to resist rot. It stood for her victories, and some say they saw wings of unbroken resolve when she raised it high.
