Moonveil

Moonveil is a glintstone katana that splits its damage between physical and magic, scaling with Dexterity and especially Intelligence, so it is a natural pick for a Dex/Int build. It also builds blood loss.

Its unique skill, Transient Moonlight, holds the blade sheathed at the hip and then draws it in a lightning-fast slash that sends out a wave of light.
