Meteoric Ore Blade

The Meteoric Ore Blade is a heavy katana that deals both physical and magic damage, scaling with Strength and Intelligence (and a touch of Dexterity). It also builds blood loss.

Its skill, Gravitas, pulls enemies together toward a point. Its heavy attacks are unique, chopping straight down with crushing weight.

Where to find it

Found in the underground chambers in the northwest part of the Caelid Waypoint Ruins in Caelid. The chest is behind a door in the far corner of the room.

Item description & lore

Forged from meteoric ore to slay creatures born of falling stars. Its slashes land with such weight that they are said to hit like a meteor.

Notes & tips

  • Strength scaling is slightly stronger than Intelligence scaling, but Intelligence helps the skill more. A Str/Int hybrid deals almost as much as a pure Strength build.
  • Has unique regular and charged heavy attacks: a straight downward slash.
  • Cannot be buffed, and its Ash of War and affinity cannot be changed.
