Ghiza’s Wheel

A huge iron wheel ringed with blades, used as a colossal weapon. It deals Physical damage with passive blood loss buildup, and its skill Spinning Wheel sets the wheel spinning against the ground; hold the button to keep it going and walk it into your enemies for a stream of hits.

It needs 28 Strength and 18 Dexterity and scales equally from both, so it suits a Str/Dex bleed build. It began life as an instrument of torture rather than a weapon of war.

Dropped by the red phantom of Inquisitor Ghiza at Volcano Manor. You find him upstairs from the Volcano Manor site of grace, in the dining hall.

Item description & lore

Inquisitor Ghiza used this bladed wheel to torture victims, the spinning edges tearing flesh and drawing blood. Its design was later taken up as the signature weapon of the Iron Virgins.
