Serpent Flail

The Serpent Flail is a flail from Shadow of the Erdtree whose head is made of coiled snakes with fire burning inside them. It deals physical and fire damage and scales with Dexterity and Faith, so it fits a Dex/Faith fire build.

Its unique skill, Flare, O Serpent, ignites the snakes to boost its fire attacks for a while. Once lit, strong attacks and moves that hit the ground cause explosions.
