It is the starting weapon of the Vagabond. You can also buy it from the Twin Maiden Husks at the Roundtable Hold for 1,000 runes.

  • Square Off is handy: the light version breaks guards, and the heavy version breaks stance.
  • Among regular straight swords it is usually second in raw damage, behind only the Broadsword.
  • Its scaling leans a little more toward Strength than Dexterity.
