Malenia’s Great Rune
The Great Rune of the shardbearer Malenia. When active, attacking shortly after you take damage wins back some of the HP you lost. The trade-off is that your Flask of Crimson Tears heals less.
It suits players who like to hit back right away after getting hit. As with other Great Runes, you need to restore it and use a Rune Arc to activate it.

A half-rotten Great Rune belonging to the shardbearer Malenia, steeped in her unyielding spirit. As the daughter of Queen Marika and Radagon, her rune ought to have been the holiest of them all.
Notes & tips
- Restore it at the Isolated Divine Tower, reached through the teleporter on the Divine Bridge in Leyndell, Royal Capital.
- The healing works best when you strike immediately after taking damage.
- The weaker flask healing stays as long as the rune is active.
