Where to find it

Obtained by defeating Old Knight Istvan, one of the targets you hunt for Volcano Manor.

Item description & lore

This was the helm of Old Knight Istvan. Its eroded metal has been patched with tough scales, which makes it surprisingly good against attacks that are not physical. Istvan is one of the few elderly Tarnished still alive.
