Gloam-Eyed Queen
The Gloam-Eyed Queen never appears in the game. She was an Empyrean chosen by the Two Fingers long ago, and she had a special eye. She was tied to black flame and to the Rune of Death, and she led the Godskin Apostles.

Lore
The Queen embraced the highborn Godskin Nobles, needle-bearing servants of Destined Death, and swaddled newborn Godskin Apostles in a cloth sewn from supple skin. Like the nobles before them, the apostles took on serpent-like bodies and grew up to bring death to the gods. Several Fire Monks left their posts to swear loyalty to her, becoming the Blackflame Monks, among them Blackflame Monk Amon.
She is linked to the festival at Dominula, Windmill Village: the blue capes worn by its chosen maidens carry the same design as the Godskin Noble robes. Some players connect her to Melina, who also has a special sealed eye and ties to Destined Death, but that is a theory.
