Rings of Spectral Light creates several rings of ghostly light that fire together. They deal magic damage and build up frost. Charging makes them stronger.

It needs 24 Intelligence and 18 Faith, so it suits hybrid casters, especially those already using ghostflame spells, in the Shadow of the Erdtree DLC.
