Roar of Rugalea

Roar of Rugalea summons the head of a great red bear that roars in a cone in front of you. Charging it gives a weaker first roar but lets you keep roaring for a long string of hits, ending in one big roar.

At only 14 Faith it is easy to pick up for almost any Faith build.
