Rock Blaster

Rock Blaster charges the end of your staff with magic and drives it into the ground for a big shockwave. You can also hold the cast to keep moving and push the staff tip into enemies instead.

It needs 21 Intelligence. The range is very short and the cast is slow, so it suits a sorcerer comfortable fighting in close range.

Found on a corpse in a shed on the upper level of Sellia Crystal Tunnel in Caelid.
