Founding Rain of Stars gathers a dark cloud of stars above you, which soon unleashes a heavy rain of star shards. You can cast it while moving, and charging makes it stronger. It needs very high Intelligence and is an endgame spell for pure sorcerers.

Where to find it

Found at the Heretical Rise in the Mountaintops of the Giants. Cross the invisible bridge over the valley directly east of the Snow Valley Ruins Overlook Site of Grace to get there.

Item description & lore

The oldest primeval sorcery, said to have been found by an ancient astrologer, and thought to be where glintstone sorcery began. What the astrologer glimpsed in the primeval current became real, and the amber of the stars fell on the land.
