Ash of War: War Cry

War Cry grants the Heavy affinity and a rallying shout that raises your attack power. While it is active, your strong attacks turn into charging attacks.

It fits most melee armaments, though not daggers, thrusting swords or whips, and suits Strength builds that like to rush in.
