Lone Wolf Ashes summon three wolf spirits that circle enemies and snap at them. They are fast and aggressive, which lets them stagger many lighter foes, and they are many players’ first spirit ash.

Where to find it

Renna the Witch gives them to you at the Church of Elleh after Melina has given you the Spectral Steed Whistle. If you miss her, both these ashes and the Spirit Calling Bell turn up in the Twin Maiden Husks shop.

These wolves were driven from their pack. A nameless Tarnished later took them in as hunting partners.

Notes & tips

  • Upgraded with Grave Glovewort.
  • Strong against low-poise enemies they can stagger, weak against anything they cannot, as they have little health.
