Minor Erdtree (Capital Outskirts)

This Minor Erdtree in the north of the Capital Outskirts is withered and almost bare. No Avatar guards it. Instead, an Omen who casts death sorcery stands among a group of commoners at its roots.

Two Crystal Tears are found here: the Crimson Crystal Tear and the Twiggy Cracked Tear, which keeps you from losing runes when you die while it is active.
