Godwyn the Golden

Godwyn the Golden was the eldest son of Marika and Godfrey, a beloved prince who was famous for defeating the Ancient Dragon Fortissax and then becoming his friend. He was the first demigod to die.

He was killed on the Night of the Black Knives, but only his soul died. His body lived on, and twisted into the Prince of Death. You can see his giant face beneath Stormveil Castle, and his body lies among the roots in the Deeproot Depths.
