Sacred Tear Locations

A Sacred Tear makes your Sacred Flasks stronger, so every sip of the Flask of Crimson Tears restores more HP and every sip of the Flask of Cerulean Tears restores more FP. You’ll find one in each of the twelve churches listed below.

How Sacred Tears work

Like Golden Seeds, Sacred Tears are spent at a Site of Grace: rest, open the flask option and use the tear to raise its potency. Seeds give you more charges, tears make each charge count for more, so it’s worth collecting both.

Tips

• Four of the twelve are in Limgrave, so a quick loop of the starting region’s churches gives your healing a solid early boost.
• Tears only improve potency. If you keep running dry mid-fight, you need Golden Seeds instead.
