Church of the Plague

The Church of the Plague stands on the cliffs east of Sellia, Town of Sorcery. Inside sits Millicent, a young woman struggling with the scarlet rot that grows inside her, waiting for help that may never come.

Bring her the Unalloyed Gold Needle from Commander O’Neil in the Swamp of Aeonia, and her story begins. She gives you the Prosthesis-Wearer Heirloom, and you will meet her again many times across the Lands Between. There is also a Sacred Tear in the church.
