Church of Vows

The Church of Vows stands in eastern Liurnia of the Lakes, and it has one of the gentlest residents in the game: Miriel, Pastor of Vows, a big, kind tortoise who teaches both sorceries and incantations and lets you forget learned spells.

This is also where Queen Rennala married Radagon of the Golden Order, ending the war between their houses. Some of Radagon’s belongings are still here. At night a Bell Bearing Hunter may appear, and Miriel is gone while it is around.
