Miriel, Pastor of Vows

Miriel, Pastor of Vows is a giant, kindly tortoise in a tall white mitre, the keeper of the Church of Vows in eastern Liurnia. He is one of the few teachers who handles both sorceries and incantations, and he is endlessly patient with everyone.

He also offers absolution. If you have angered someone who used to be friendly, a Celestial Dew and a visit to Miriel can set things right.
