Where to find it

White Mask Varré gives it to you at the Rose Church once you return the bloodsoaked Lord of Blood’s Favor to him and agree to join Mohg‘s Bloody Fingers.

Item description & lore

Its nail is streaked with fresh blood. The pale skin has gone numb, but the nail still throbs with a sweet ache.

Notes & tips

  • It is never used up; invade as often as you like.
  • If you have activated Mohg’s Great Rune, you also get three Phantom Great Runes each session.
  • A unique music track plays when you engage the host.
  • The Phantom Bloody Fingers work the same as the Festering Bloody Finger.
