The Finger Birthing Grounds are concealed beneath the Cathedral of Manus Metyr, reached only by sounding the bell at the Finger Ruins of Miyr. There is a Site of Grace here, and this is where you fight Metyr, Mother of Fingers.

How to get there

Ring the hanging bell at the Finger Ruins of Miyr, beneath the Cathedral of Manus Metyr in the eastern Scadu Altus. If you are following the Hole-Laden Necklace path, ring the bells at the Finger Ruins of Rhia and Finger Ruins of Dheo first; those reward the Crimson Seed Talisman +1 and Cerulean Seed Talisman +1.
