Frenzy-Flaming Tower

The Frenzy-Flaming Tower is an old lookout tower north of the Frenzied Flame Village. Every so often, a huge blazing eye appears above it and stares down at the area, filling everyone in its sight with madness.

The eye is kept alive by a group of frenzied commoners in the tower. Kill them and it disappears, and since they do not come back, the tower stays quiet for the rest of your playthrough.
